The range of careers open to good graduates of Electrical and Computer Engineering is almost unlimited. Electronics and computers are widely used in a great variety of industrial and commercial organizations. Most large companies in telecommunications, transport, and aerospace, to mention just a few areas, design their products with embedded microprocessors and also write their own specialized software. As a result, the demand for electrical and computer engineering graduates will continue to far exceed the supply from universities and there will be a wealth of opportunities for new graduates seeking both creative and rewarding work. Employment prospects are excellent not only in the obvious areas, such as electronics, communication and computing industries, but also in other technological areas, and also in banking, accountancy, management, medicine, and education.

The academic standing of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology is sufficiently high to ensure that your degree will be of maximum value in a competitive world, whatever career you may choose. Our graduates possess the right combination of skills that a large number of employers are looking for: intelligence and personal qualities, the ability to solve problems efficiently, and technical expertise in the "hottest" areas of today's engineering. Our alumni are pursuing professional careers in Poland, in other European countries, and in most other parts of the world. They have distinguished themselves as profesrors, administrators, researchers for government and industry, entrepreneurs, and inventors.
